The Joint PhD student conference aims to network clinical pharmacists from universities and pharmacies. Numerous exciting projects with a particular focus on improving medication safety were presented. The conference is jointly organised by the German Pharmaceutical Society (DPhG), the German Society for Clinical Pharmacy (DGKPha), the Federal Association of German Hospital Pharmacists (ADKA), the Association of University Hospitals in Germany (LAUD in the VUD) and the Patient & Clinical Pharmacy Foundation.

On November 22, 2024, Lars Wismar presented his project to develop and validate a PRO-CTCAE questionnaire for patients with oral anticancer therapy at this year's joint PhD student conference of clinical pharmacists from the DPhG, DGKPha and ADKA in Hamburg. His presentation was met with great interest by the attendees.
